We hope that you will join us for our "Herefordshire Festival 2031" Launch Ball, to get our Festival underway in a spectacular way, with an evening of great company & good music, whilst raising money for Local & National good causes your support will be appreciated

* Event doors will open form 6.00pm with a 3-course dinner served at 7:15pm
* Fizz & canapés on arrival
* 1 bottle of wine per couple
* Grand Prize Draw/Auction & Raffle on the night
* Maximum 10 per table

Starters:
A. Chicken Liver & Brandy Pate served with Melba Toast
B. Caramelised Onion, Tomato & Mozzarella Bruschetta with a Balsamic Glaze & Fresh Oregano

Main Course
C. Salmon Wellington - Salmon fillet wrapped in delicate pastry.
D. Traditional Herefordshire Roast Beef
E. Hearty Nut Roast (v) - A rich and wholesome nut roast, packed with seasonal ingredients and herbs.
All served with Seasonal Vegetables, Roast Potatoes and a Rich Jus

Desserts
F. Apple & Blackberry Pie Served with your choice of cream or ice cream.
G. Eton Mess - A classic combination of strawberries, meringue and cream
