The outstanding Civil Service Choir performs a programme of Christmas music through the ages. The choir has been described as one of London’s best amateur ensembles and has delighted audiences at prestigious venues such as Sinfonia Smith Square for over a decade. The concert will include some traditional congregational carols as well as the following pieces:
Victoria (1548-1611) – O magnum mysterium
Charpentier (1643-1704) – Messe de minuit pour Noël

Corp (1951-2025) – A Christmas Mass
The Charpentier mass includes the tunes of French carols; Ronald Corp’s Christmas Mass includes the tunes of 70 carols! See if you can spot them.
