Application Support
About
A focused, 90-minute support session designed to help you prepare a clear, compelling, and confident BrightonSoup application. It’s designed for first-time applicants as well as those reapplying. Informal, friendly, supportive and helpful. There are no right or wrong answers – just some great community ideas and a willingness to learn.
What you will do together:
- Walk through the application form step by step
- Review examples of strong, effective answers
- Translate your project’s passion into clear, specific, and impactful language
- Identify gaps, strengthen key messages, and shape your overall narrative
What you’ll walk away with:
- Something tangible, such as a first draft, notes on how to approach the application questions, or an improved re-application
- Clear, practical language you can use across your application
- A structured plan for completing and submitting your application
- Knowledge that you can usefully apply to other funding application
- Greater confidence in how you present your idea
Delivered by local fundraising professional, Caz O’Kane, who will help you prepare a clear, compelling, and confident BrightonSoup application.
