Additional info, Terms & conditions:
-We do not provide WiFi. We’ll advise the public to bring cash.
-Gazebos are permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or ask you to secure down gazebos in the case of strong winds.
- Outdoor Pitches are 3x3m. For larger stalls, you’ll need to book an additional pitch (unless you are a food or game/attraction vendor with prior agreement)
- Marquee stalls are 2ftx6ft approx. Tables are provided for marquee stalls only.
-Food, games and rides vendors will be charged £30 deposit upon application plus 20% of takings on the day, the £30 deposit can be deducted from this.
-Pitch allocations are final. You MUST state on the application form any accessibility needs or if you require a hardstanding or grass pitch and the reasons for this.
-£10 of the £30 application payment is a non refundable deposit. Refunds may be given (minus £10 deposit) before April 1st. Refunds requested after this time will not be given.
