Santa's Virtual Grotto

 

This year we are working with Santa himself to provide personalised videos from him or one of his elves for you this Christmas!

As in previous years, we are committed to being autism-friendly for your needs and we can personalise our messages to suit you - these are available or both adults and children.

there are a few options you can choose from: 

1. A personalised video from Santa or an elf - this can be like a usual grotto experience or a Christmas Eve message reminding them to go to bed early = £5.00

2. A personalised video from Santa or an elf and an age-appropriate present posted out to you - just like you would have received at the Grotto = £12.00 

3. A personalised video from Santa or an elf, an age-appropriate present and a Christmas goody bag posted out to you - goody bags will include a craft activity, sweet treats and surprises! = £17.00

All videos will be sent to you via email (from Santa@autismtogether.co.uk) for you to watch over and over again at a time that suits you best. Presents and goody bags will be posted out to you, so you can wait for these to arrive before showing the video if you wish. 

We will ask you questions about things you would like us to mention during the video; this can include a favourite TV programme, the school they attend, presents they would like to get or use things that might help them to understand, for example, the use of Makaton or visual structure.

 

Please Note -

Bookings will be open from mid-November and videos will be sent out as soon as possible after the booking has been made from the end of November onwards. Please bear with us for your videos, especially if we get lots of requests and also regarding posting of presents/goody bags as we will rely on the services of Royal Mail for this.

Each ticket purchased with a gift or goody bag will be for 1 individual only - for multiple gifts/goody bags please purchase multiple tickets.

Videos only for grotto or Christmas Eve can be directed towards multiple people if you would like. 

Fee for each booking includes postage costs for presents/goody bags within mainland UK only. 

All proceeds will go straight back to Autism Together to help fund towards a brand new all-weather sensory garden at our Raby site for the people we support to benefit from. Registered charity number 1007878. If we fail to reach our target, or exceed it, donations will be used to support other work at Autism Together.
