EJCC Live - Jane Tobias "The Good, the Bad and the Salty"
In this talk, Jane will look at some of her favourite traditional Ashkenazi foods and ask the question- how healthy are these foods? And how bad can they be? After all, our ancestors ate these foods regularly and did not seem to have the kinds of ailments we see today. Jane will take a light-hearted view of the foods and cooking methods, looking at some old stories and new traditions, and explain her 80/20 vision for healthy eating.
