Mindful Nature Walk
This gentle guided walk takes us on a mindful journey through the forest, introducing simple mindfulness techniques to support us to be in the present moment. Slowing down, connecting with and listening to our bodies, noticing the beauty of the natural world around us, breathing in the fresh clean forest air.
(We will be walking approx 2km at a slow pace. Moderate level of fitness required.)
