If you are not a member yet, please visit www.sdsg.org.uk/membership for details on how to join.
Please ensure you have arranged for your membership forms to be completed and returned (or printed) ready for your first swim session with us. Entry will be declined if you have not completed the membership forms prior to swimming.
Charity Membership Renewal Fee
2022: £8.00 per person with a disability (remaining at the 2020 amount)
The fee received will help us to pay our charity insurance, affiliation and general running costs. SDSG volunteers and family members fundraise throughout the year to meet the remaining deficit.

Gift Aid
Boost your donation by £2.00 (an increase of 25%) through Gift Aid.
Gift Aid is reclaimed by Scarborough Disabled Swimming Group from the tax you pay for the current tax year.

Health Details
If your health details have changed please complete and return a new Health Membership Form. For more information and to download a form, please visit sdsg.org.uk/membership.
Updated forms can be handed in at the start of your next booked activity with SDSG (please arrive atleast 15 mins before your booked start time so a SDSG Trustee can review your new details and ask any further questions).
