Mental Health First Aid Champions play a key role in overcoming the stigma around mental health and creating a positive and open working culture, where it’s okay to not be okay and talking is encouraged.
Delivered in two half day sessions on 8th & 10th November 2022 13:30-17:30 each day
On this course you will learn about the most common mental health problems including how to identify when someone is experiencing mental distress and how to apply the ALGEE Mental Health First Aid Model
