Speaker Ian Barnes (Estates Bursar 2018-present-)
Topic: ‘Campus strategy which will include a general overview of the Estates Department and its function. Giving examples of the work the Department have been doing on Energy, Sustainability and Waste. The presentation will go on to cover some of the projects that they have completed including the Music School, before finishing with some slides about the Grounds and Gardens.
This will be followed by an exclusive optional tour of the new Music School.
Ian gave a more detailed talk to the OB Committee on Campus Strategy recently and it was fascinating!

Menu: Classic 'Coq au Vin' chicken braised in red wine sauce, served with mashed potato, caramelised onions and braised mushrooms. Vanilla cream brulee, served with ginger biscuits and fresh strawberries, followed by a cheeseboard and coffee.
