Join us every Wed at Heathers Cafe for Action 4 Happiness walk and talk.
We meet every Wed at 2.30 PM at Heathers 86 Kingsley Park Terrace Northampton NN2 7HJ
You will get to discuss the 10 keys and ways to deal with the pressures and problems we all face from time to time.
A gentle walk from Heathers up the road to the Pavilion at the racecourse and then a stroll around the park area where you can have discussions with our peer support workers who are trained to help offer support and advice where needed. ( no set time duration )
After the walk we return to Heathers where your welcome to stop for coffee and cake and a catch up with whats going on in and around the Action 4 Happiness Community.
These walks are part of the partnership between, SPACE 2 TALK, Action 4 Happiness ,Delapre Wellness Hub and Northamptonshire Sport Heathers Cafe.
