In person monthly meet up support group in Coppull - Lancashire to offer mental health support to women for anxiety, stress, overthinking, low self esteem and relationship issues etc.

Hosted by Jacci Jones, a qualified Psychotherapist and Life Coach.

The group is limited to 10 participants and meets on Wednesday every month at 7pm.

I will be hosting more per month if they become popular and the sessions fill up.
