Building on the success of our inaugural Women's Night last year, Body, Mind and Menopause Expo, we warmly welcome you to our next event in March.
Join Norwich High School for Girls, in association with Inspire Norwich, on 1st March for the Self Care Expo. Specialists in fitness, nutrition, the menopause, massage therapy, skin care and hypnotherapy will be running optional activity sessions. There will also be the chance to enjoy refreshments, network and socialise, visit our exhibitors and enter the raffle.
Parents, staff and friends all welcome.
