Terms and Conditions
This session is for families with children who have a formal diagnosis of autism or are on a referred pathway to diagnosis. Each session may have age restrictions in place, see the event description for more details.
Completing the registration form expresses your interest, but does not guarantee a place. Autism Together will contact you to confirm whether your family has been allocated a space - Spaces are limited and will be allocated based on availability.
Children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the session. Each venue has their own staff and Autism Together staff are present to support the session but are not responsible for direct supervision of children. Please follow all venue rules and guidance.
Autism Together reserves the right to amend or cancel the session if necessary - in this case we will notify attendee's as soon as possible.
We require 24 hours cancellation notice - the booking system can notify and reallocate your place to another family and you will not be penalised for the cancellation. If there is a no show after reserving a place and this has not been cancelled through the appropriate systems, then Autism Together reserves the right to not allocate future places to the specific family as the events are paid through charitable funds.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
