Terms and Conditions  −  Southwick Revival 2026 General Entry

1. General Conduct & Safety
Southwick Revival is a family-friendly, respectful commemoration of the D-Day landings. Visitors must behave in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner at all times.

Abusive, offensive, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Attendees must follow any instructions from event staff, stewards, security, or emergency services.

Climbing on exhibits, touching displays (unless clearly allowed), or entering cordoned-off areas is strictly prohibited.

2. Ticketing and Entry
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket for the specified date.

Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the event, date, and time shown unless otherwise stated.

Re-entry may be restricted. Wristbands or stamps may be used for multi-venue access.

Carers accompanying paying visitors may enter free of charge upon presentation of appropriate proof (e.g. carer ID, DLA/PIP documentation, Blue Badge).

Children under 5 enter free. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are generally non-refundable.

Refunds (minus a processing fee) may be considered up to 14 days before the event, at the discretion of the organisers.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly rescheduled due to circumstances outside of the organisers’ control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns), a refund or ticket transfer may be offered.

4. Map Room & Tunnel Tours
Tickets for Map Room and Tunnel Tours are sold separately and are extremely limited.

Time slots are fixed and cannot be changed.

Password-protected waitlist links may be provided and will expire at the time stated in the communication.

Late arrival may result in forfeiting your tour slot.

5. Accessibility
Southwick Revival aims to be inclusive. Key routes, toilets, and venues have accessible access where possible.

Designated disabled parking is available. Please contact the organisers in advance to arrange assistance if needed.

6. Weather and Environment
The event runs in all weather. Please dress appropriately for rain, mud, or sunshine.

No refunds will be offered due to inclement weather.

Large umbrellas, gazebos, or other obstructive items may be restricted if they interfere with the view or safety of others.

7. Parking and Travel
Free parking is available in clearly signed car parks. Please follow event signage and steward directions.

VIPs, traders, and volunteers will receive specific parking instructions.

Do not park in residential roads or private driveways — you may be towed or fined.

Shuttle services may operate at peak times; availability is not guaranteed.

8. Traders, Reenactors & Volunteers
Traders, reenactors, and volunteers must sign in with the appropriate coordinator and follow specific briefings and policies.

Only approved and pre-registered traders are permitted to sell or distribute materials.

Firearms (including deactivated or replica weapons) and pyrotechnics must be declared in advance and used only as per reenactment guidelines and by insured professionals.

9. Liability
All visitors attend the event at their own risk.

The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

Medical and first aid support is available on site.

10. Lost Property
Lost and found items should be reported to or handed in at the Information Point.

The organisers take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

11. Animals
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Owners must clean up after their pets.

Animals are not permitted in certain indoor or catering areas (except assistance dogs).

12. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Footage may be used in future promotional materials or media coverage.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or video, please notify a steward upon arrival.

Visitors may take photos for personal use, but commercial photography must be approved in advance.

13. Resale and Unauthorised Commercial Activity
Tickets may not be resold above face value or transferred without prior authorisation.

Any unauthorised resale may result in ticket cancellation.

Leafleting, unauthorised sales, and unapproved brand promotion are not permitted on site.

14. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal information provided during ticket booking or correspondence will be used for communication regarding the event.

We comply with UK GDPR and data protection laws. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

15. Emergency Procedures
In the event of an emergency, please follow steward and security instructions.

Evacuation plans are in place. Do not re-enter any area until told it is safe to do so.

16. Changes to the Event
The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend, or cancel any aspect of the event without notice, including attractions, performers, schedule, or layout.

Changes may be made to ensure safety, respond to weather, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Organisers & Contact
Southwick Revival is organised by a team of dedicated volunteers. The event raises funds for military charities, including SSAFA and The Rowans Hospice.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
