This event is organised by SSAFA & Leicester Tigers Foundation (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Eligibility & Admission
Open to serving personnel and veterans aged 18+. Proof of age may be requested.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for safety, welfare, or misconduct, without refund where reasonable.
3) Tickets, Pricing & Payment
Tickets are £5 each and are subject to availability.
Your first drink on the evening is free. Additional refreshments may be purchased at the bar.
All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive a confirmation email/QR code.
4) Transfers & Name Changes
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee (serving personnel or veteran, 18+).
Please submit transfer details at least 24 hours before the event to guarantee door list updates.
5) Cancellations & Refunds
Attendee cancellations:
7+ days before the event: full refund of ticket price.
Within 7 days: no refunds, but you may transfer your ticket (see Section 4).
Event cancellation or postponement:
If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of the ticket price.
If we postpone, you may transfer to the new date or request a refund within 14 days of the postponement notice.
Booking fees charged by third‑party payment providers (if any) may be non‑refundable.
6) Programme, Speakers & Changes
We aim to deliver the advertised programme, food, and guest speakers; however, content and running order may change.
Changes will not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled.
7) Food, Allergies & Dietary Needs
Food will be provided. Please inform us of dietary requirements and allergens at least 5 days in advance.
While reasonable efforts will be made, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment.
8) Accessibility & Adjustments
The venue is accessible. If you require reasonable adjustments, please contact us at least 7 days before the event so we can support your needs.
9) Safety, Security & Personal Property
For everyone’s safety, bag checks or security procedures may be in place.
You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
10) Behaviour & Welfare
We are committed to a welcoming, respectful environment. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disorderly conduct is not tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Please follow venue staff instructions and any health & safety guidance displayed or announced.
11) Photography, Filming & Media
Photography and filming may occur for event reporting and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being captured and used in such materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed/filmed, please inform registration on arrival; we’ll provide a discreet indicator and endeavour to accommodate.
12) Data Protection & Privacy
We will process your booking information to manage your attendance, communicate updates, and meet health & safety obligations.
With your consent (where required), we may also send follow‑up communications about SSAFA and Leicester Tigers Foundation activities.
We will handle your personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.
13) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, transport strikes, venue issues, emergency regulations). If affected, we will seek to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds per Section 5.
14) Liability
Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
15) Alcohol & ID
The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy. Bring valid photo ID if you wish to consume alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or under‑age persons.
16) Travel & Parking
Travel and parking are your responsibility. Please check transport updates before travelling. We’re not responsible for travel disruptions.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
