Event Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Deposit
To secure a place at the event, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The initial deposit window will remain open for a period of 7 days from the date of offer. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the place will be released and offered to other participants.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, failure to attend, or changes in personal circumstances.
3. Payment of Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified deadline provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in the loss of your place, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation by Participant
If you are unable to attend the event after booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your place to another individual, subject to approval.
5. Cancellation or Changes by Organiser
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the event (including venue, date, or programme) due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund of any payments made excluding the deposit where applicable.
6. Liability
We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants during or as a result of attending the event, except where required by law.
7. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately throughout the event. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without refund.
8. Health and Safety
Participants must comply with all health and safety guidance provided. Any medical conditions or accessibility requirements should be disclosed in advance where relevant.
9. Data Protection
Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the event and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
