Terms and Conditions  −  Holy Island and Seahouses

Premier Transport expects each Day Trip to be operated as advertised but reserves the right without notice to vary or cancel any Day Trip at their discretion. Any Day Trip can be cancelled should there be insufficient customer demand making it uneconomically viable to operate. Should this occur you will be given a minimum of five days’ notice. On occasions it may be necessary to allocate a smaller vehicle other than a standard coach. In the event of any major or significant variation or cancellation of the trip you may either continue with the tour as varied, accept an alternative that we may offer, or cancel the booking and receive a full refund of monies paid.

Admission to Attractions
Admission charges to attractions are included in the cost of the tour where indicated.

Cancellations
You may cancel your ticket up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a refund but it will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge (except in the case of Harrogate Spring and Autumn Flower Shows or the Knitting and Stitching show in Harrogate where admission tickets have already been pre- paid, in this instance you would only be entitled to a refund on the travel portion of the ticket). To obtain your refund your ticket must be returned or presented to the office where it was originally purchased from. No refunds will be given for any tickets cancelled within 48 hours of departure.

Child Fare and Unaccompanied Children
The child fare is from 3 to 14 inclusive unless otherwise indicated on the excursion destination. Children under the age 14 will not be permitted to travel alone unless accompanied by an adult (18 years). Children under the age of 3 are carried free of charge on the coach but are not allocated a seat are expected to sit on their parent/guardian’s lap. This is your responsibility.
Please note some attractions charge for children from the age of two and these are clearly shown on the excursion destination page.

Conduct of Passengers and their Responsibility
Premier Transport reserve the right to remove any passenger who is abusive or disruptive to others. Our driver/representative has the right to request you and any other offending members of your party to vacate the vehicle. Should this happen your contract with Premier Transport will end immediately and you will have no right to claim liability against the company or be entitled to any refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the correct pick up point at the correct time. Premier Transport cannot be held responsible for any loss of expense incurred by passengers who arrive late at any departure point.

Smoking and E Cigarettes
Under current UK Law Smoking and E Cigarettes are strictly prohibited on all of our vehicles.
Alcohol
Under no circumstance will alcohol be permitted on our coaches.
Omissions and Errors
Every effort has been made to ensure that at the time of printing accuracy of information contained in our brochure is correct. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any errors or omissions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
