Media
• Photos will be taken at this event for promotional purposes, and the results may be used on Lancaster University websites, social media and printed materials. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please discuss them with the photographer or a member of event staff.

Health & Safety and access information:
• In order to safeguard everyone's health, if you test positive for Covid-19 before the event, or are feeling unwell in any way, please don't attend (and please let us know).
• The room is on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible and has an induction loop. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet nearby.
• Accessible parking - there are 3 disabled parking bays at the top of Gillow Avenue (next to the West Pavilion).

Code of conduct
• Please be kind and courteous to staff and other guests.
• If you are unable to attend for any reason, please cancel your booking.
• In order to comply with data protection regulations and the need to request permissions from participants, the use of recording devices or AI virtual assistants is not allowed – anyone found using one will be asked to leave.

Parking
• We encourage you to take public transport where possible. Car parking is available, and the University has an ANPR system. On booking you will be asked for your registration number, and we will use this to waive parking fees. If you don't yet know your mode of transport, there will be an opportunity to provide your registration number on arrival.
