This event is organised by Run for All. The challenge is for 3 124 year olds.
You must read the terms & conditions of the organiser sends you in conjunction with ours and if there is any conflict between these terms & conditions & the challenge organisers terms, these will take precedence in respect of your participation in the challenge.
Mini Run is 3-8 and requires an adult to take place with them (please purchase child place only)
Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation: Cancellation by you: Should you, for whatever reason, make the decision to not take your place in the
Challenge, your registration fee will not be refunded. However, if you cannot take part due to a reason such as injury, you may be able to transfer your place in the Challenge. Please contact us to discuss on 01904 550033.

Cancellation or changes made by the Challenge Organiser: We have no control over the Challenge. The Challenge Organiser may need to make changes to, postpone, or cancel the Challenge due to an event

If the challenge is cancelled or there is a risk of substantial postponement , we will ask if you would like to transfer your registration to a different challenge event. If you do not wish to do so you may contact Family Fund and request a refund of your registration fee.

Sponsorship money: If the Challenge is cancelled (and you don't transfer to another event), or you decide not to participate, you are responsible for contacting your sponsors to inform them that you are no longer taking part and for confirming with them whether they are happy for the money they have donated still to be given to Family Fund. longer taking part and for confirming with them whether they are happy for the money they have donated forms and monies collected should be forwarded to us or returned to your sponsors in accordance with their wishes.

Our Liability:
• Family Fund are not the organiser of the Challenge and do not have any responsibility or liability in respect of running the Challenge. Family Fund will not be responsible for injury or illness resulting from your participation or for any damage or losses outside of our control.

Use of Personal Data:
• You have provided Family Fund information about you and Family Fund will use and share this data to perform this contract. You understand it will be necessary for Family Fund to share this information with the challenge organiser in order for you to participate.
We so not share your details with third parties. except the challenge organisers and service companies authorised on our behalf in order to carry out work.
We will keep your details on a database so we can provide you with full support every time you contact us.

Use of Photos and Videos of the Challenge:
You confirm that you are happy for your name and any video footage or photographs taken of you during Use of Photos and Videos of the Challenge to be used by Family Fund for marketing and commercial purposes.
Please let us know if you wish to be excluded from this so we can identify you by emailing fundraising@familyfund,org.uk

If we use video footage or photography in the challenge for marketing purposes we will always gain your consent first.

Registering a young runner aged between 3 and 8 years old:

The adult running must put another adults emergency contact details when asked during the registration process. Please do not enter your own information here.
Registering a young runner aged between 9 and 14 years old:

Entries must be completed by a parent/guardian aged 18 years or over on behalf of the child.
The adult must log in to their own account when registering their child. If you do not have an account, you can create one.
