1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be available to be presented at the time of admission. Typically, we use a list of attendee names to make admission easier but please ensure you can access your ticket if required.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser (The Waite Collective). Please contact us at waitecollective@gmail.com prior to an event if you are unable to attend due to illness/emergency. We do not offer refunds or ticket transfers for a change of mind. Our normal process is to transfer a ticket to another of our events. If we do agree to a refund, we will deduct the ticketing and payment processing fees we have incurred from the refund. Where we are running free events, you are able to cancel your tickets to make them available to someone else and this option is available at the bottom of your confirmation email.
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
7. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

10. Doors open 15 minutes before the event.
11. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.

13. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. By attending our events, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional purposes (commercial use). We love capturing the magic of our events while respecting your privacy. If you prefer not to be featured in our social media content, you can opt out by sending a recent photo of yourself to waitecollective@gmail.com. Our photographers will ensure any close-up shots of you are removed during editing. This only applies to photos or videos where you are clearly recognizable—general group shots or atmosphere photos won’t be altered. We aim to capture spontaneous, authentic moments without interrupting the experience, so this opt-out option allows you to enjoy the event freely.
14. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
15. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with UK GDPR.
16. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting waitecollective@gmail.com.
