Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase
Speed Dating in Horsham – Over 30s Edition

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission
• Tickets are available exclusively via TryBooking and are valid only for the specified event.
• Admission is strictly for guests aged 30 and over. Valid photographic ID may be required upon entry.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not meet the age or dress code requirements.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another person.
3. Event Cancellation
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees will be notified as soon as possible.
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.
4. Event Format & Participation
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the event format, schedule, or venue if necessary.
• By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to participate in the speed dating format as outlined in the event description.
• Each ticket includes entry to the event, participation in 15–20 mini-dates, and a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival.
5. Behaviour & Conduct
• All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees and event staff.
• Any disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Data Protection
• Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Your data will be used solely for the administration of the event and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
7. Photography & Media
• Photographs or video footage may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
