Village Hall Ticket Sales – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket sales for events held at King George VI Memorial Hall. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Tickets are only valid when purchased directly from The KGMH or authorised sellers.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If an event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

We cannot offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, transport disruption, weather).

3. Entry & Attendance

Please bring your ticket (printed or digital) to gain entry.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaves inappropriately.

Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Safety & Liability

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

The KGMH accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury, except where required by law.

Please follow any health and safety instructions from staff or volunteers.

5. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or video during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

6. Data Protection

We will only use your personal information (e.g. name, email, phone number) for ticketing and event communication. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.

7. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, performers, or schedule if necessary.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
