By continuing to purchase tickets for this event you agree to be bound by them.

Terminology
Event means: Course, Training Day, Guided Walk or any activity provided by Wellness Walks.

An enquiry is not considered a booking until it has been paid for , and the booking form and these terms acknowledged.

The Client means the person making the booking or any person they represent or anyone in their party covered by the booking.

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
Events must be paid for by the Client in full at the time of booking unless expressly agreed by Wellness Walks in writing. Bookings cancelled more than 4 weeks in advance of the Event will receive a fill refund*. Bookings cancelled between 4-2 weeks receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the Event will not receive a refund.

For Events where Wellness Walks have incurred third-party costs (registrations, equipment hire etc) these costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Where possible Wellness Walks will endeavour to offer you a place on an alternative course.

In the event Wellness Walks must cancel an Event then you will receive a full refund of the event cost. Wellness Walks will not be held responsible for other losses such as accommodation or travel arising from cancellation. You are advised to take out insurance.

Refusal
Wellness Walks reserve the right to not accept a client booking or to refund a booking that has been made.

Client Premises
For events held at Client premises Wellness Walks will assume all necessary risk assessments and insurance provision have been carried out by the Client. Wellness Walks will, upon booking, send a requirements specification (room size, facilities etc) and reserve the right to cancel without refund if these requirements are not met.

Client own equipment
Wellness Walks reserve the right to exclude a participant from an event, without a refund, if they are not adequately prepared, fit enough or their actions put themselves or others at risk We also reserve the right to exclude a client if their attitude or behaviour is aggressive or offensive.

Wellness Walks assume no responsibility or liability for Clients personal property that may be damaged or lost during an event, including items left in minibuses.

Duty of Care
Wellness Walks responsibility for you on the event begins at the designated meet point. Wellness Walks has no responsibility for your travel arrangements. Should you leave the event either through your own decision or at the request of Wellness Walks then our responsibility for you ends.

Equipment Hire/Supply
Where Wellness Walks supplies or hires equipment to a participant it is done on a 'fair wear and tear' basis. Equipment that is lost, left behind or damaged through misuse must be replaced on a like for like basis.

Your data and images
By completing our Event booking form you agree to your data being held by us. This information will only be shared with relevant third-parties (see Data Policy). It will be explicitly. shared with the Event Team for your safety. We reserve the right to add you to our mailing list automatically; you can opt out at any time. You will be asked for acceptance of our use of images at booking.

Liability
By booking an Event with Wellness Walks you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and it is your responsibility to have read them.

Governing Law
The terms and conditions of all agreements made by Wellness Walks are governed by, and subject to, English Law alone. Any dispute or claim can only be settled in an English Court.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
