Cancellation - If you contact us with more than 24 hours notice we will aim to refund or move your ticket. We may not get back to you straight away as we do not have a dedicated admin team who are always at the computer but we will aim to respond and action your request within 48 hours. If we have to cancel the event we will always provide a refund in full and we will give you as much notice as possible but please bear in mind that animal welfare is our top priority and we may not know until the day of the event if our lambs are unwell or unhappy and need to cancel at short notice.

Refund policy - If you provide more than 24 hours notice of cancellation we will refund your booking. If you contact us will less than 24 hours notice we may not be able to offer you a full refund unless we can re-book the space.

If you have been dissatisfied with the event in any way we cannot guarantee a refund but please let us know by speaking to the staff member present or by contacting us via trybooking and we will always try to improve the experience for you and future visitors.
