Please check your inboxes for our e-mails and read through the Child guidance with your child before they come to the session. It should help them and you feel more prepared. Also, within that you will receive instructions on how to get to our area within Skitters woods.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, should you find yourself not being able to make it, then please let us know. We may have people on the waiting list that can take your place. If so, we can then refund your ticket.

If you are booking on behalf of another parent, you will need their telephone number to complete the purchase.

In the event of extreme weather, we cannot enter the woodland, therefore, tickets will be re-allocated or refunded based on your preference.

Children need to be able to take themselves to the toilet. We can help with clothing glitches.

When parking on Woodedge for drop off and pick up, please be mindful of the residents and avoid their driveways by parking on the woodland side of the road leaving access for pedestrians on the pavements.

If you are bringing a dog for drop off and pick up, they must be on a lead within our area and any mess they leave should be removed.
