By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Eagles Head Beer & Music Festival (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Admission & Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
Tickets must be presented on entry, either digitally or in printed form.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Tickets may be checked at any time during the Event.
2. Age Policy
Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
The Event operates a Challenge 25 policy at all bars.
Anyone who appears under 25 may be asked to provide valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card).
No valid ID = no alcohol service, without exception.
3. Wristband Policy
This is a wristbanded event.
Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site.
Wristbands are non-transferable and may not be removed or tampered with.
Lost or damaged wristbands may not be replaced.
Anyone found sharing or misusing wristbands may be removed from the Event.
4. Alcohol & Bar Service
Alcohol will only be served to those of legal drinking age with valid ID.
Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves irresponsibly.
Bringing your own alcohol or illegal substances onto the site is strictly prohibited.
5. Safety & Conduct
Attendees must follow all instructions given by staff, security, and Event management.
Aggressive, abusive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
The organiser reserves the right to conduct bag searches on entry to ensure safety.
No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, or hazardous items are permitted on site.
6. Music, Weather & Event Changes
The Event will take place rain or shine, with a marquee on site.
Line-ups, timings, and attractions are subject to change without notice.
The organiser is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control.
7. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
The organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury except where caused by proven negligence.
8. Photography & Media
Photography and filming may take place during the Event.
By attending, you consent to the use of images or footage for promotional and marketing purposes.
9. Re-Entry
Re-entry is at the discretion of Event staff and may require wristband checks.
Anyone leaving the site without a wristband may be refused re-entry.
10. General
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in removal from the Event without refund.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
