Terms and Conditions
When you book onto the St Hilary’s Holiday Club, we want you to be delighted
with the service we offer from the moment you sign up, all the way through to your
child arriving home after a day with us. Below are the booking terms and conditions
which let you know what to expect from the St Hilary’s Holiday Club and what we
expect from you. Your child is at the forefront of everything we do. We will make
sure they are safe and conduct ourselves in the usual ‘St Hilary’s’ way.

Definitions
‘Season’ refers to school holiday periods - i.e. Summer, Easter, October half term.
‘Purchaser’ is the person making the booking, which may or may not be the parent.

BOOKING
Bookings placed online will be confirmed by email. Completion of the booking constitutes acceptance of these booking terms and conditions. Please check the booking confirmation email carefully to ensure the dates and details are correct and as expected - please inform us as soon as possible with any discrepancies, and always within 14 days. Please note, we do not accept Childcare Vouchers.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within the first 14 days of booking will be refunded at 50%. If cancellation is more than 14 days after the first date of the booking, unfortunately we are unable to refund any monies. Cancellations due to illness / injury will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Changes or cancellations made on the day your child is due to attend cannot be refunded or moved to another date.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel some dates but we will try to give as much notice as possible and offer alternative options if available, or refund all monies paid for the dates cancelled. Any refunds will be made by the beginning of the Summer Term.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
We know plans change, so you can change booking dates for free any time up to 14 days before the start of the St Hilary’s Holiday Club as long as there is availability.
All changes to bookings can only be made by email to holidayclub@sthilarysschool.com.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
All children under the St Hilary’s Holiday Club are covered by Public Liability Insurance up to £20million.

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
