GIG EVENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
• All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Refunds are only available within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
• After 24 hours, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Refund requests must be lodged through the original ticketing platform with proof of purchase.
• Tickets may not be resold for profit without written permission from the event organiser.
2. Event Changes
• The organiser reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, or lineup.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, any refunds (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with the ticketing provider’s policy.
3. Entry & Admission
• A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented for entry.
• The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove patrons for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behaviour without refund.
• Re-entry is subject to venue policy.
4. Age Restrictions
• This event is 18+
• Valid photo ID may be required at the door.
• Underage patrons must comply with venue regulations.
5. Security & Safety
• Security checks may be conducted upon entry.
• Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcohol.
• Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
6. Photography & Recording
• By attending the event, patrons consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
• Professional recording equipment is prohibited unless authorised by the organiser.
7. Artist Performance
• Performance times are estimates and subject to change.
• The organiser is not responsible for late starts or shortened performances.
8. Liability
• The organiser, artists, and venue accept no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or theft, except where required by law.
• Attendees assume all risks associated with attending a live music event.
9. Health & Safety
• Patrons must comply with all venue rules and current health or safety regulations.
• Entry may be refused if requirements are not met.
10. Acceptance of Terms
• Purchase of a ticket and/or entry to the venue constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
