Terms and Conditions
We offer our wellbeing mornings to a maximum of 12 people to keep the experience accessible and sustainable for Torchlight Wellbeing and JKCoaching.
Please be aware that there will be others sharing this unique morning with you (unless you are booking for a full group of 12). Everyone will be warmly welcomed, and the experience is centred around your own reflection, there is no expectation to share with others unless you choose to.
We require a minimum of 6 participants for the morning to run. If, in the unlikely event, this number isn’t reached 2 weeks before the date, you will receive a full refund or a credit note.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds if you change your mind, so please check the dates and times carefully for yourself and anyone you are booking on behalf of before completing your booking.
We do understand that life happens. If something unexpected prevents you from attending and you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we’re happy to offer a credit note for a future event or a coaching/encourager session to the value of your booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with UK GDPR laws.
Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting zoe.bishop@torchlightwellbeing.co.uk

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
