Kendal Parent Network (KPN) Event Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking
- All event bookings must be made through our official booking system.
- Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from KPN.

2. Payment
- Payment (if applicable) must be made at the time of booking.
- Some events may be free; in such cases, a booking confirmation secures your place.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
- If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Refunds are available at the discretion of KPN.
- KPN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or a place at the rescheduled event.

4. Attendance
- Children are welcome at KPN events only when accompanied by a parent or carer, unless otherwise stated.
- Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.

5. Health & Safety
- Please follow any health and safety instructions provided by KPN staff.
- KPN is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property during events.

6. Photography & Social Media
- KPN may take photos or videos at events for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the event.

7. Data Protection
- Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only for event-related purposes.

8. General
- By booking an event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- KPN reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who do not comply with these terms.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
