Booking is essential and places are limited.
Payment is required in advance to secure your place.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless the place can be filled.
Weather: This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, the day may be postponed and you will be offered a transfer or refund.
Health & safety: Participants take part at their own risk and must follow all safety guidance given on the day. Suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear must be worn.
Food & drink: Hot drinks are provided. Please bring your own packed lunch.
Age: Participants must be 16 years or over (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).
Liability: The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to personal property.

The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
