3.1 A place on the Course is only confirmed once full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
3.2 Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Changes to the Course

7.1 The School reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Course, including session timings, staffing, or delivery format if necessary.
7.2 In the unlikely event that the School must cancel an individual session for reasons other than minimum enrolment, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a replacement session or alternative provision.
7.3 If the entire Course is cancelled by the School (other than due to minimum numbers), a refund of the unused portion of fees will be issued.

8. Teaching and Outcomes

8.1 The Course is designed to support revision and exam preparation but no guarantee is given regarding examination results or grade improvements.
