1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1.1 Binding Agreement: By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Event, the guest agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Admission will not be granted unless the balance is paid in full.
1.3 Refund Policy: All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, the ticket price may be treated as a tax-deductible donation to the extent permitted by law.
2. ADMISSION AND CONDUCT
2.1 Right of Refusal: The Organizer reserves the right to eject any Guest who engages in disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or behaviour that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other attendees.
3. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND HEALTH
3.1 Notification: Guests must notify the Organizer of any severe food allergies or dietary restrictions no later than March 5th.
3.2 Assumption of Risk: While the Organizer will communicate dietary needs to the catering staff, the Guest acknowledges that the venue is a commercial kitchen and cross-contamination cannot be 100% guaranteed.
4. AUCTIONS AND FUNDRAISING
4.1 Item Condition: All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." The Organizer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the description, value, or condition of auction items.
5. MEDIA RELEASE AND PRIVACY
5.1 Likeness: The Guest grants the Organizer an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the Guest’s image, voice, and likeness in any photographs, video recordings, or digital media captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
5.2 Opt-Out: Guests who do not wish to be photographed must notify the Event registration desk immediately upon arrival.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Personal Property: Neither the Organizer nor the Venue shall be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property belonging to the Guest.
6.2 Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the price of the ticket paid by the Guest.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if the Event is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, government-mandated health restrictions, or venue unavailability.
8. RAFFLE RULES AND DRAWINGS
8.1 Eligibility: Raffle tickets may only be purchased by individuals aged 18+. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are Eligible to participate.
8.2 Ticket Sales: All raffle ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. A ticket purchase constitutes a single entry into the drawing.
8.3 The Drawing: The drawing will take place on 28th March 2026 at approximately 10pm at the Robin Hood Suite. Winners will be selected via a random draw.
8.4 Prizes: Prizes are awarded "as is." No cash substitutions, exchanges, or transfers of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
