By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you (if you are the delegate) or the person you are booking on behalf of, works in a nursing or care home with a job that involves direct contact with people with a palliative diagnosis/require end of life care in the St Helens or Knowsley Borough and therefore meet the criteria of the subsidised cost of this course. This course is also open to community healthcare workers who deliver palliative/end of life care in a community setting such as peoples homes (for example paramedics and their technicians and care assistants, district nurses, healthcare assistants etc.) again they must work in the St Helens and/or Knowsley borough.
