Ticket Purchases
• All tickets are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us of the name change prior to the event.
• In exceptional circumstances, tickets may be transferred to a future event at the organiser’s discretion (a small admin fee may apply).
Event Cancellation by Organiser
• If an event is cancelled by Roots of Life, a full refund will be issued.
• If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be offered.
