Health and Safety Regulations
Each exhibitor must adhere to and observe all Health and Safety rules and regulations.
Speed limit of 20 mph in Hamsterley forest, 5mph on show field.
All vehicles entered must be in clean and safe working order.
Drivers in charge of vehicles must have a suitable licence and are asked to drive safely in the display areas.
Steward/marshal instructions must be observed at all times. All vehicles must be parked where stewards ask for the duration of the show.
Insurance – all vehicles entering the show field must carry insurance to a minimum of third party cover.
During the period of the event, any exhibit, if a moving vehicle, is in possession of the requirement as required by '‘The Road Traffic Act”.
Vehicles on display may be photographed and photos used for promotional purposes.
