5. Block Booking Policy: Individual session dates within a block booking cannot be rescheduled or transferred. The discounted rate offered is based on attendance across the full course as originally scheduled.

8. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
9. If tickets sold on, the Event Organiser must be updated with the participants details.
10. If a session is cancelled by the Event Organiser, suitable alternatives will be offered. The event organiser may transfer the ticket to another session, or a refund may be offered. Refunds will be at the absolute discretion of the Event Organiser.
11. Refunds are not available for illness or any other reason for non-attendance at a pre-booked event, including COVID-19.
12. Participant Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are physically able to take part in the session. Please consult a medical professional if you have any concerns.
13. Weather Policy: In the case of outdoor events, sessions may be postponed or moved due to adverse weather conditions. Participants will be notified as early as possible.
