By registering for and attending this event, delegates agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Access
Registration is for the named delegate only and is not transferable without prior agreement from the organisers.

No Cancellations or Refunds
All registrations are final. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be offered for non-attendance or changes in personal circumstances.

Programme Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, venue, or timings where necessary.

Photography & Recording
Photography and filming may take place during the event. By attending, delegates consent to the use of images or recordings for reporting and promotional purposes. Please inform the organisers if you do not wish to be photographed.

Code of Conduct
This is a respectful and inclusive event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Dress code:
Casual Smart – comfortable, relaxed clothing that is neat and appropriate for a professional conference setting; please wear what makes you feel at ease.

Liability
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to personal property during the event, except where required by law.

Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and used solely for event administration and related communications.
