• Ticket holders may request a full refund up to 3 months prior to the scheduled event date. Refund requests made within 3 months of the event may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on individual circumstances and the specific nature of the request. Any partial refund will be determined at the discretion of the event organisers.

• Admission is subject to venue capacity and security protocols.
• Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

• Proceeds from this event minus expenditure for the event will go to Lancashire Women, a registered charity (Charity Registration Number: 1100976).
4. Cancellations & Changes
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the event (e.g., speakers, performers, schedule) without prior notice if deemed necessary.
• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate the ticket cost to the designated charity.
5. Photography & Media
• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. This content will be stored and used by Lancashire Women for future marketing.
• If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please notify a member of the event staff upon arrival.
6. Liability
• The event organizers and venue accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event, except where required by law.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
