Please take time to read through the information we send to you. Let us know if you have any concerns before, during or after the event.
Tutors are covered by Public Liability Insurance, Risk Assessments are done for each workshop, the event and the premises. Please take care and responsibility for your own action and property. Cars and property are left at owner risk. No dogs are allowed unless they are certified and insured as a service/therapy dog.
Our programme will be sent to you which will include all the information you should need.
You will be asked about allergies, ICE, data and image permission and any barriers that you may be concerned by.
A full refund will be made if we need to cancel the event.
A full refund will be made if we postpone and you are unable to attend.
If you seek a refund for any reason before 11th April, a full refund will be given pending the place being filled.
If you seek a refund for any reason after 11th April, this will be done on a case by case process.
If wehave to alter the workshop you have booked onto at late notice, no refund will be given.
