Comrie Amateur Dramatic Society (CADS) - Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

1. Ticket Purchase
1.1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2. All ticket sales are subject to availability and acceptance by Comrie Amateur Dramatic Society (CADS).
1.3. Tickets may be purchased through our website, designated outlets, or at the box office.
1.4. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded unless the event is canceled (see Section 4).
1.5. Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance date, subject to availability (see Section 4.2).

2. Pricing and Payments
2.1. Ticket prices are as advertised at the time of purchase. CADS reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
2.2. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
2.3. No concessions or discounts are available; all tickets are sold at a standard price.

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
3.1. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered the option to exchange their tickets for a rescheduled performance or receive a full refund.
3.2. Tickets may be exchanged for a different date, subject to availability. Please contact CADS at least 48 hours before the performance to request an exchange.
3.3. CADS is not liable for additional costs or expenses incurred by ticket holders due to cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Admission and Entry
4.1. Ticket holders must present a valid ticket for entry to the performance.
4.2. Latecomers may be refused entry until a suitable break in the performance, and CADS reserves the right to refuse admission without refund.
4.3. CADS reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone behaving in a disorderly manner or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Transfers and Re-sales
5.1. Tickets cannot be transferred or re-sold without prior approval from CADS.
5.2. Any ticket found to be re-sold for profit will be void, and entry to the event will be refused.

6. Liability
6.1. CADS is not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged at the event.
6.2. CADS shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to individuals attending the performance unless it is caused by the negligence of CADS.

7. Photography and Recording
7.1. The use of cameras, mobile phones, or any other recording devices during the performance is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.
7.2. CADS may photograph or record the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree to be included in such recordings without compensation.

8. Changes to the Event
8.1. CADS reserves the right to make changes to the performance, including casting, without prior notice, where necessary.

9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will be stored and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
