Outdoor Play & Stay – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All tickets must be booked and paid for in advance.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by the organiser.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled. If a suitable alternative date cannot be offered, a refund will be provided. Sessions can also be led inside the hall if the organiser deems so.

3. Weather Policy
Sessions run in most weather conditions to encourage outdoor play.

Please dress children and adults appropriately for the weather (waterproofs, warm layers, sun hats, etc.).

The organiser reserves the right to cancel in extreme or unsafe weather conditions.

4. Supervision
Children must be supervised by their parent/carer at all times.

Outdoor Play & Stay sessions are not a drop-off service.

The supervising adult remains responsible for the child’s safety and behaviour.

5. Health & Safety
A basic risk assessment is in place for activities.

By attending, you acknowledge outdoor play involves managed risks (uneven ground, natural materials, etc.).

Please inform the organiser of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs prior to the session.

6. Clothing
Suitable outdoor clothing is essential.

Clothes may get muddy or wet — please dress children in play-friendly clothes and spare items if needed.

7. Respect for Environment & Equipment
We promote respect for nature, equipment, and others.

Please help children tidy away resources after use.

Any intentional damage may be chargeable.

8. Photography
The organiser may take photos for promotional use.
consent will always be requested beforehand.

Parents/carers should not photograph other children without permission.

9. Liability
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Attendance is at your own risk, and families agree to follow safety guidance given during sessions.

10. Agreement
Purchasing a ticket confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
