In circumstances where, after the purchase of an audience ticket, the organiser cancels the event a full refund for the value of the ticket will be issued to the customer.

In circumstances where, after the purchase of an audience ticket, a participating school / ensemble withdraws from said event but the event itself still proceeds, a refund will not be issued to the purchaser however they will be able to redeem up to the value their ticket on another LMT event taking place within twelve months of the original cancelled event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1.
