Terms and Conditions

1. This ticket is proof of purchase to the above event. One ticket admits one person.

2. Gymnasts under the age of 15 must be accompanied at the event by a legal parent/guardian.

3. Gymnasts aged 15-17 must have a named chaperone who is also attending the event that is at least 21 years of age. They are responsible for the gymnasts behaviour and safety.

4. Leeds Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse admission on Health and Safety
grounds.

5. If the event is cancelled, then tickets will be refunded.

6. No refunds will be made for “a change of mind” and refunds will only be considered as a gesture of goodwill by the event organiser. Please book carefully.

7. For GDPR purposes we store any data securely and do not use any data for
marketing purposes.
