Please make sure you turn up on time for your assigned slot!

Failure to show up within 15 minutes of the slot (without notifying us) will mean that your place may be offered to a walk-in customer.

Anyone arriving later than the first 15 minutes will not be admitted.

Refunds are only issued if requested a week prior to the event.

A single café ticket includes:

• 1h allocated visit slot. If you show up later, the visit time is not extended to make up a whole hour and only lasts until the end of session. The visit time ends when the session time ends (i.d. at 1PM or at 3PM depending on which session you have booked). You may only enter the cafe at and after the start of your allocated session (i.d. 12PM or 2PM depending on which session you have booked).

• 1 dessert + 1 drink item which you can choose only from a set menu.
Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.

• Games with maids (with a chance to win little prizes!). The number of games available will depend on the time of the session & availability of the maids.

• 1 personalised cheki (printed photo) with a maid/s of your choice. One printed photo per ticket only.

Marshmallow Dreams has the right to refuse service to customers for whatever reason they deem reasonable: for example (included but not limited to), if someone is being disruptive, intoxicated or disrespectful.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
