Lancashire Women — Event Terms & Conditions
By booking a ticket to this Lancashire Women event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase & Booking
1.1. All tickets must be booked through TryBooking.
1.2. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a ticket has been issued.
1.3. This ticket is proof of booking and must be presented for entry (either printed or digital).
1.4. Tickets are non transferable, unless expressly approved by the event organiser in writing.
1.5. Tickets must not be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
1.6. All ticket prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes. TryBooking booking fees may apply and are non refundable.
1.7. Ticket resale at a higher price is strictly prohibited.
1.8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Lancashire Women is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Rosie Whittaker or Adele Helm on 0300 330 1354.
1.9. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.co.uk.
2. Event Admission
2.1. Admission is subject to venue capacity and any security or safety protocols in place.
2.2. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person (without refund) whose behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
2.3. Attendees must follow any health and safety regulations in effect at the venue.
3. Refunds, Cancellations & Amendments
3.1. Attendees may cancel their ticket and request a refund up to 6th August 2026, as per the below.
3.2. Tickets cancelled before 6th May 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
3.3. Tickets cancelled between 6th May 2026 and 6th August 2026 may be eligible for a partial refund, at the sole discretion of the event organisers.
3.4. Tickets cancelled after 6 August 2026 are strictly non refundable for any reason.
3.5. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method only.
3.6. Name changes (transferring a ticket to another person) may be permitted up to 25th October 2026, at the organiser’s discretion.
3.7. The organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend the event (e.g. programme, speakers, timings), if necessary. See ‘Event Changers by the Organiser’.
4. Event Changes by the Organiser
4.1. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the event (e.g. speakers, performers, schedule) without prior notice if deemed necessary.
4.2. A change in programme does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4.3. If the organiser cancels the event entirely, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price or the option to donate the ticket cost to the designated charity.
4.4. The organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel or accommodation.
5. Accessibility & Special Requirements
5.1. If you have accessibility needs, dietary requirements, or support needs, please notify the event organisers at least 14 days before the event.
5.2. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate all requests.
6. Photography, Filming & Media
6.1. Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the event.
6.2. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, archival, or reporting purposes.
6.3. Media content may be used and stored by Lancashire Women for future marketing.
6.4. If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify a member of the event staff upon arrival.
7. Behaviour & Safety
7.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards speakers, staff, and other guests.
7.2. The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or poses a safety risk, without refund.
7.3. All attendees must follow safety instructions given by venue staff or event organisers.
8. Liability
8.1. The event organisers and venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or personal property during the event, except where required by law.
8.2. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings at all times.
8.3. Attendance is entirely at your own risk.
8.4. Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence resulting in personal injury or death.
9. Privacy
9.1. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.

10. Charity Information
10.1. Proceeds from this event (minus event expenditure) will go to Lancashire Women, a registered charity (Charity Registration Number: 1100976).

This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
