Terms and Conditions  −  Cheshire Motor Show 2026

1. Exhibitors are required to observe the law on the public highway and to follow the instructions of marshals and any published rules.
2. All vehicle entries must be presented in a safe condition.
3. All vehicles arriving under their own power must be road legal and properly insured for attending events of a non-competitive nature.
4. Non-roadworthy or uninsured vehicles, e.g. barn finds, must not arrive under their own power and be appropriately roped off from spectators.
5. All exhibits are entered, driven, parked, and displayed at the owner’s risk; the event organisers will not accept any liability for damage to the vehicle, or damage caused by the vehicle.
6. All and any BBQ’s or mobile gas heating facilities are prohibited without prior approval from the show organisers. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the responsible exhibitor being escorted off site.
7. If an Exhibitor must leave early for emergency reasons, they must contact one of the marshals to ensure that the vehicle and its driver and passengers are safely escorted off site.
8. Entrants must conduct themselves in a manner that will not inconvenience other road users or other persons at any time.
9. Any member behaving irresponsibly or damaging the reputation of the show will face expulsion from the show.
10. The show is a family event and children will be present. All Exhibitors are expected to behave with appropriate decorum.
11. Exhibitors that have booked a place in the show are expected to make every effort to attend, and to communicate with the Events Organiser if they cannot.
