. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
Binding Contract: Acceptance of the booking form and payment constitutes a binding contract.
Full Payment: Full payment must be made in advance to secure the table. Non-payment by a specified deadline allows the organizer to re-let the space.
Cancellation Policy: Specify a deadline for refunds (e.g., no refunds within 2–4 weeks of the event).
Subletting: Prohibition on transferring or sharing the stall space without prior written permission

. Stall Allocation and Operations
Space Limitations: Clearly define the table size (e.g., 6ft table) and ensure stalls do not exceed this area.
Set-up/Teardown Times: Strict arrival, setup, and packing times must be adhered to. Stallholders are generally prohibited from packing up before the closing time.
Unattended Stalls: Tables must not be left unattended during opening hours.
Allocation Rights: The organizer reserves the right to determine stall positions and make last-minute layout changes

. Goods, Sales, and Conduct
Permitted Items: Only items approved in the application form may be sold. The organizer reserves the right to remove prohibited or unsuitable items.
Prohibited Items: Explicitly list banned items (e.g., alcohol, cigarettes, knives, illegal, or offensive materials).
Conduct: Stallholders must act in a professional, courteous manner. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Raffle/Lottery Rules: If holding a raffle, it must comply with local gambling legislation

. Liability and Insurance
Responsibility for Items: The charity/organizer bears no liability for loss, theft, or damage to the stallholder's goods or equipment.
Public Liability Insurance (PLI): It is highly recommended to require PLI, especially for sellers of food or homemade products.
Indemnity: The stallholder agrees to indemnify the charity against any claims for loss, injury, or damage caused by their negligence or breach of contract.
5. Health, Safety, and Site Care
Clear Passageways: Gangways, walkways, and fire exits must remain clear at all times.
Electrical Equipment: If electricity is provided, all items must be PAT tested. Cables must be secured and taped down.
Damage to Venue: Stallholders are responsible for any damage to the venue walls or floors.
Waste Management: All rubbish must be removed by the stallholder at the end of the event
. Food Safety (If Applicable)
Hygiene Certificates: Sellers of food/drink must provide a valid food hygiene certificate and/or risk assessment.
Allergen Information: Food must be clearly labelled with ingredients and potential allergens
7. Marketing and Photography
Photo Consent: The organizer may take photos/videos of the stall for promotional purposes.

8. Final Clause (Right of Refusal)
Organizer Rights: The organizer reserves the right to refuse any application and to remove a stallholder from the event without refund if they violate these conditions.

Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
