1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold subject to availability. A booking confirmation email will be sent after purchase and must be presented on arrival (printed or digital).

2. Refund Policy
As this is a charity fundraising event, tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to donate the ticket value to the nominated charities.

3. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, performers, or format where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Please ensure the new ticket holder brings the booking confirmation.

5. Photography & Media
This event may be photographed and filmed for promotional and fundraising purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of images or footage in marketing materials, social media, and press coverage.
If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify the organiser on arrival.

6. Behaviour
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

7. Liability
The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk.

8. Charity Fundraising
Proceeds from this event will support:
The Lewis Sewell Memorial Trust, The Living Recovery Foundation, and Rebuild East Midlands, as well as providing funded places for young people at Derby Kids' Camp and Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre.
